I'm certainly not ITK, but this morning I ran into a fellow dog walker I've not seen in a while who works for surveyors based down this way - he doesn't want to reveal their name.
He said their and several other surveyor companies were invited up to Brum this week to meet up with Knighthead, Blues, etc, to discuss concepts and feasibilities for the stadium and SQ.
No idea was off the table, and amongst those discussed was a retractable roof, retractable pitches, how to make it available for 365 community use, even the possibility of a separate smaller stadium for the women's team. This was not about specific plans, rather, as I say, feasibility.
However, the juicy bit was that they are looking to approach up to 5 architecture firms of international repute to create plans within the next month!
