Bill Belichick Gave This Jordon Hudson Update At ACC Meetings

Bill Belichick’s legacy caught heat in the media over the last few weeks with multiple controversies surrounding his relationship with 24-year-old Jordon Hudson.

From the widely-critiqued CBS interview to ominous signs of his coaching future, Belichick’s PR skills got put to the test in recent weeks. He appeared on ESPN during the ACC spring meetings for North Carolina Tuesday and addressed Hudson’s involvement since he took the job with the Tar Heels.

“That’s really off to the side,” Belichick told ESPN’s Christine Williamson Tuesday. “It’s a personal relationship. She doesn’t have anything to do with UNC football. I’m excited to be back in the coaches’ meeting and getting ready for June and August when we get to training camp. June will be a big recruiting month for us, then August we’ll start getting ready for the season.”

This story could continue to gain legs over the summer, if Belichick remains in his role to make his debut with the Tar Heels. North Carolina is set to open the season with a primetime game against TCU in Chapel Hill on Labor Day on ESPN.
