Enzo Maresca‘s side took the lead in the first half, as Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored a solo effort to put the Blues ahead.
Stamford Bridge erupted for a moment in the second 45, as Djurgarden fans and Chelsea fans aimed to out-sing each other.
The Blues dominated the first leg last week with a 4-1 win, and Chelsea were more comfortable than the 1-0 score line suggests in the second leg at Stamford Bridge.
