Bruins Fans Will Love Seeing Patrice Bergeron Reunite With Brad Marchand

It was an electric atmosphere at TD Garden, and a Boston Bruins legend was in the building to support one of his closest friends.

Connor McDavid was the hero for Team Canada, scoring the game-winner in overtime to beat the United States on Thursday. The win added to Brad Marchand’s long list of accolades, and the B’s captain celebrated the victory with Patrice Bergeron.

The Bruins released a video of Marchand reuniting with Bergeron in the hallway outside of the Team Canada locker room. Bergeron’s two sons were seen wearing Marchand Team Canada jerseys as the former Boston teammates caught up. Bleacher Report showed another angle of the interaction where Sidney Crosby and McDavid also greeted Bergeron and his sons as the 39-year-old congratulated his fellow countrymen on their victory.

Bruins fans can catch more of Bergeron along with Tuukka Rask and Andrew Raycroft on NESN’s “Unobstructed Views” this Saturday when Boston takes on the Anaheim Ducks. The alt-cast is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.
