Patriots’ Offseason Priorities Clear, Choices Are Not
The Patriots will try to upgrade their roster over the coming months, a difficult task that will require having priorities in order.
New England obviously needs to knock it out of the park when it comes to the 2025 NFL Draft, but there’s also added pressure to make sure the club’s league-leading cap space is allocated smartly. Mike Vrabel, Eliot Wolf and Ryan Cowden can’t just sit back and let things fall to them in April, or burn cash in March.
It’s obvious that they’ll enter the offseason with a detailed plan in place, but who will it feature?
NESN’s Keagan Stiefel did his best to figure that out in his “Patriots Manifesto” that posted last week, and joined Travis Thomas and George Balekji on NESN’s “Foxboro Rush” podcast on Friday to discuss who they’d like to see on the radar.
Who would you trade for? Who is an underrated signing they can make during free agency? Who is one player you couldn’t leave the draft without?
Stiefel, Thomas and Balekji each give their picks and want to know your answer to each question.
