As advised briefly on Saturday, Queen’s Park FC is pleased to announce Ben Jackson has joined the club on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion until the end of the season.
The 21 year old centre back, who was in the Watford youth set up before joining Brighton in 2020, has been on loan at Livingston for the first part of this season.
Director of Football Darren O’Donnell commented: “We are delighted to bring in another centre back to the club following Dane Murray’s recent departure. Ben is a great addition to the squad for the 2nd half of the season and we look forward seeing him in a Queen’s Park jersey.”
Head Coach Callum Davidson said: “I’m delighted to gets this deal done. Ben fits the bill in terms of what we’re looking for. With Dane’s return to Celtic, we were a bit short on the defensive side, so this is a very good addition to our squad. Ben has some experience of the Scottish game from his time at Livingston and I’m looking forward to working with him.”
