Dykes' goal will be just what he needs to get a bit of confidence and crack on. Easily a good enough player at this level and the level above.

NGL I have been a bit disappointed with Dykes overall but he's definitely got a place in the squad, and has performed well in the two FA Cup games as the #10. We have to factor in that he's not had that many minutes to get into a rhythm.


We need cover for Cochrane (though I suppose Davies, playing the Bielik RB role, or Laird/ TGH/ Sampstead can play there. At a push, is Josh Williams still around? He did ok at Shrewsbury in the EFL Trophy.

Another midfielder depends how close Chang is to be able to contribute, surely.
Winger - loan with an option would be ideal.
