Bruins-Blue Jackets Projected Lines, Pairings: Jeremy Swayman Starts
The Bruins finish off a home-and-home series against the Blue Jackets on Saturday hoping to avenge a forgettable loss.
Columbus dominated Boston with a 6-2 win at Nationwide Arena on Friday. It marked another dominant win for the Blue Jackets over the Black and Gold, but the B’s carry a short memory of the “unacceptable” loss heading into TD Garden.
Neither side held a morning skate Saturday morning. The only change expected for the Bruins is in net with Jeremy Swayman getting the nod for Joonas Korpisalo. Marc McLaughlin won’t be an option because the forward was loaned to Providence, per the AHL transaction wire.
Columbus dressed 11 forwards and seven defensemen in the last two games. It’s unknown if Dean Evason will roll out the same lineup, but the B’s will look to be prepared to avoid a two-game losing streak.
Puck drop for Boston-Columbus is scheduled at 7 p.m. ET, and you can catch full coverage on NESN after an hour of pregame.
