Regulars John, Charlie, Josh and Laurie are joined by returning guest Laura from the Huddle Breakdown podcast.

We kick off by analysing parts of the League Cup final and the approach that Rangers took that made them give Celtic a run for their money.

During a chat about Celtic and Rangers signing players from within Scotland and the potential benefits, we go off on a slight tangent and talk about player destinations for young talent. One that we definitely need to explore further as always leads to plenty of interesting points.

The Scales and Cerny incident is discussed with there being confusion as to why VAR hasn’t got involved. The general feeling from us that we’re almost better off without VAR.

To finish off, we get the thoughts of the group on Scotland’s World Cup qualifying group.
