I use FastestVPN and quite a few others I know do as well
Can get a 'lifetime' deal from Stacksocial for $29.99 and they also do a 15% off pop up message when you sign up to their newsletter

Been using mine for two years now no problem.
If you are using a Firestick, there's a guide to install their app (as it isn't on the amazon app store) and you do have to change the default configuration to UDP in Settings > Protocol > OpenVPN UDP to reduce error correction which reduces 'buffering' but in general haven't had an issue with it in 2 years.
Use it on my laptop when in hotels where their WIFI seems to block IPTV and have used it for Geo restricted Items (not streaming) and it's all worked brilliantly.
Speed wise - at the point of writing this without the VPN on over WIFI i'm getting 413.10 mbps download/167.59mbps upload with a 9ms ping. When I connect to the Streaming UK option, i'm getting 109.10mbps download/53.42 upload with a 11ms ping so still more than enough for IP TV.
