I’ve just noticed that mine has expired also so are they expiring after each game and we are to expect a new one to arrive before todays game ?
We had these problems at the last match. ST in expired, we didn’t know about the Unhide option then, and the steward hadn’t got a clue and wasn’t going to let us in. Luckily I had my physical ticket but my son didn’t have his as it hasn’t come yet. Spoken to the club 3 times and each time I’m told it’s being posted but no sign of it yet! Don’t know why they couldn’t post his with mine as I bought them together and he’s at the same address as me.
Have blues ever issued any clear instructions as to how this should be working and what E-ST holders need to do on a regular basis as I don’t recall seeing any
Gotta say I’m glad I have a physical ST as this shouldn’t be
