Arsenal Say Star ‘Not For Sale At Any Price’ After Approach

0 2

Arsenal ‘have turned down’ an approach for one of their players and insist he is ‘not for sale at any price’, according to the BBC.

While England decided to close the transfer window just ahead of a full weekend of games, something which has drawn criticism, windows in several other countries remain open.

Arsenal are now having to deal with an approach for one of their players as a result.

They have been approached by Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad about winger Leandro Trossard about a loan with an obligation to buy.

The Saudi window is open until later today and Al-Ittihad would like to bring the Belgian over to the Pro League.

At the age of 29, a big money move to Saudi Arabia might be appealing to Trossard.

Arsenal though have turned down the approach and told Al-Ittihad that the winger is not for sale at any price.

The Gunners would be unable to sign a replacement until January, if not a free agent, and do not want to lose Trossard.
