Christian Eriksen has warmed the bench at Man United for a long time now and he is looking for a move away from the club.
According to the Daily Mail, Eriksen’s former club Ajax are considering a move for the Denmark international.
After an impressive start to his career at Man United, Eriksen’s spell with the Red Devils has been disappointing and he has seen little first team action recently.
The midfielder was not used by manager Erik ten Hag in the Community Shield against Manchester City or in their two Premier League matches against Fulham and Brighton.
He stayed on the bench in both the league games and with the Red Devils signing another midfielder soon, his playing time will be limited at the club.
Eriksen has an illustrious history with Ajax, winning three Eredivisie titles and the Dutch Cup with the European giants.
Man United are preparing for more than one exit
The midfielder has a contract at Man United until next summer, which is why the club are looking to reach a solution for the midfielder before the transfer deadline.
The Danish midfielder will not be used much by manager Erik ten Hag this season and to play regularly, he has to leave the club.
