Bologna will make a decisive push to try to land Jakub Kiwior if he is not in the Arsenal squad against Aston Villa this evening.

 

Kiwior was not on the Arsenal matchday squad for their first Premier League game of the season last weekend.

 

The defender’s future at the Emirates is under the scanner and he could leave the club before Friday’s transfer deadline.

 

 

Bologna are eyeing signing the Gunners defender on a loan deal before the end of the transfer window.

 

According to Italian broadcaster Sky Italia, the Serie A side are waiting to see whether Kiwior will be in the Arsenal squad at Aston Villa today.

 

 

If the defender even fails to make the bench, Bologna are planning to make a serious push to land the Pole this summer.

 

The two clubs have established a strong relationship during the negotiations to take Ricardo Calafiori to the Emirates earlier in the window.

 

 

Fiorentina are also interested in Kiwior but for the moment, Bologna are the one who are lining up a deal to sign him in the coming days.
