Hibernian FC are excited to host The Hibee Buzz LIVE, presented by SBK, in our brand-new event space at Easter Road Stadium.
We’ll be bringing The Hibee Buzz podcast to a live audience for the first time on Wednesday 25 September within the revamped Famous Five Stand.
A continuation of our popular club podcast, we’ll be kicking off our LIVE series, which is proudly sponsored by SBK, with three incredible guests!
Scott Brown, Joelle Murray and Joe Newell will join presenter Gavin Rittoo on stage for the first of a new series – which, going forward, will include a different panel of guests each episode, ranging from past and present players, former managers, coaches and people connected to the Club.
Here’s more information on our special guests for the inaugural The Hibee Buzz LIVE…
Scott Brown
Academy graduate, Scotland international and former Hibee, Scott Brown, will make a return to Easter Road to kick-off The Hibee Buzz LIVE!
‘Broony’ played 134 times for the Club, winning the Scottish League Cup in 2007, before continuting his career with Celtic, Aberdeen and the Scottish National Team. The midfielder will share tales of his time at the Club, being part of that ‘Golden Generation’ and his established footballing career after that.
Joelle Murray
Hibernian FC Women’s legend, Joelle Murray, has been confirmed as a guest for our first episode!
Joelle made over 500 appearances for the Hibs Women, winning 14 major trophies during her time with the Club! Now in a coaching capacity with the Women’s Team, Joelle will talk us through that transition process from playing to coaching, whilst reminiscing on some of her career highlights.
Joe Newell
Our third and final guest for The Hibee Buzz Live is Hibernian FC Men’s Captain, Joe Newell!
Joe was given the armband at the start of the 2024/25 campaign, in his sixth season with the Club. Joe will give the audience a perspective from the current First Team dressing room, whilst also talking through some of his best moments in Hibs green and white.
The first live podcast will take place on Wednesday 25 September with doors opening from 6pm for a 7pm start.
As part of the evening, supporters can enjoy drinks and street food from a card bar in the newly refurbished Famous Five Suite, before sitting down for the podcast which will follow a relaxed, conversational and informal tone.
General tickets for the night cost £14.95 and are available to purchase online now!
A VIP Package is also available to purchase, which includes a meet and greet with all three panellists, a photo opportunity with the guests and a welcome drink in a designated, private VIP area! Guests will also receive access to premium, front-row seats for the podcast!
