I wonder how wide the segregation area will be in the GML? For years it's been ridiculously wide, but it didn't really matter that much with only 18k turning up. But this season I'd really like to see that section squeezed to be as narrow as possible, like in our early premier league days. When you consider that the likes of Spurs, Arsenal and Man City have little more than a single gangway and two lines of stewards separating fans in much bigger crowds, why isn't that possible at Blues? I'm guessing our old friends WMP will have something to do with it, but given that we're allowing home fans above the away section again, I'd like to think the authorities are now more trusting.
