According to The Daily Mail’s Sami Mokbel, Sergio Reguilon has turned down multiple offers that have come his way this summer, with the left-back being particular about the kind of club he wants to join.

Reguilon did pretty well during his loan spells at Manchester United and Brentford last season and one would have thought that on the back of those performances, there would be a decent amount of interest in the left-back this summer.

What is quite clear right now is that the Spaniard does not have a future under Ange Postecoglou, with the player not even travelling with the Spurs squad on their pre-season tour to Asia.

However, just a couple of weeks before the season is due to start, Reguilon is still without a new club for the 2024/25 campaign.

Mokbel has now taken to social media to reveal that Reguilon has indeed attracted quite a bit of interest over the past few months.

However, it is alleged that the Real Madrid academy graduate has not found any of the offers to be convincing and has turned them all down.

The journalist asserts that the 27-year-old has made up his mind to only join a club that can offer him European football.

With Reguilon having only a year left on his contract with Tottenham, he has plenty of power at the moment and cannot be forced out.

The left-back is fully within his rights to wait for the right kind of project.
