Marco Silva Key In Emile Smith Rowe Swoop

Fulham manager Marco Silva has played a key part in convincing Arsenal forward Emile Smith Rowe to agree to join the Cottagers, according to Sky Sports News.

 

The 24-year-old attacker has been a fringe player for the Gunners in the past two seasons due to his injury issues.

 

He wants to play regular first-team football and has drawn interest from Crystal Palace and Fulham this summer.

 

 

Smith Rowe has already agreed personal terms with the Cottagers and a deal is now in place with Arsenal based on £27m plus £7m in add-ons.

 

And it has been suggested that Cottagers boss Silva played a massive role in convincing the Arsenal attacker to choose Fulham.

 

 

Silva made a hugely appealing case to Smith Rowe during talks and tilted him towards Craven Cottage.

 

It has been suggested that Silva believes that the Arsenal man will be a significant contributor to Fulham’s frontline.
