United’s full 29-man squad trained in the sun at UCLA college in California for their US Tour.

While new directors Dan Ashworth and Jason Wilcox watched on from the sidelines to see the club’s progress.

Fans felt that one drill in particular caught their eye, leading their imaginations to run wild on the possibilities of the campaign ahead.

A video showing a large rondo drill displayed some quick passing, one-touch football and showed United to be a much more cohesive unit than they looked last season.

Fans quickly jumped on social media to react to the video.

One wrote: “United will be a force to be reckoned with next season.”

While another added: “This is amazing”.

A third commented: “We’re winning the league!”

And a fourth wishfully stated: “The vibes are immaculate – we’re winning the Europa League easily”.

There’s plenty to be exited about for Man Utd fans with new signing Leny Yoro a part of the pre-season tour, while fellow newcomer Joshua Zirkzee continues his summer break following the Euros.

Boss Ten Hag has also welcomed two new assistant coaches to his ranks in the form of club legend Ruud van Nistelrooy and former Go Ahead Eagles manager Rene Hake.

The squad’s pre-season preparations have already begun with two games already under their belt.

The Red Devils fell to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Norwegian club Rosenborg earlier this month, before beating Celtic 2-0 at Murrayfield last weekend.

But their biggest test so far will come this this weekend when they take on Arsenal in LA at the SoFi Stadium.

United will then face Real Betis and Liverpool to conclude their tour, before heading back to the UK to take on Manchester City in the Community Shield curtain raiser at Wembley.
