Academy Director Tommy McIntyre said: “This represents the hard work and continuous support from the club. It highlights the rapid progression we have made to enable us to further develop the best young talent.

“For every young player in the Academy, they only need to look at the number of young players that have progressed to the First Team and beyond for inspiration.

“Everyone at Queen’s Park wishes the players the very best and we look forward to seeing their development in years to come. We are really excited about what lies ahead.

“There is more to come as we have a couple of players who are not yet 16 but who we view as ideal candidates to become professionals as well.”

Director of Football Darren O’Donnell added: “It is exciting time to have as many new young players becoming professional from within the club and a testament to the excellent work that the Academy does.

“Our growing reputation for developing players has made Queen’s Park an attractive option as can be seen by our recruitment from elsewhere.”
