....Next season is going to be the pitches away from home.
The pitch at St Andrews is now like a billiard table and we now have top quality footballers to play on it. Although pitches in L1 are way better than they used to be I would imagine that every opposing manager will want to use a "poor" pitch as an advantage.
I can imagine the managers wanting the pitch as scuffed up and rough as possible prior to Blues rolling into town.
We now have the best players in the league that will be able to pass other teams to death so that only leaves one obstacle for Blues to solve and that is playing on piss poor narrow surfaces.
Who knows I may have done them all a big injustice and perhaps they will fancy keeping the ball on the deck.
