Huge boyband star looks very different as he sets up TV screen to watch football at Glastonbury

ONE Direction star Louis Tomlinson surprised Glastonbury fans as he was spotted in the crowds watching the England football match.

The pop star, 32, joined around 200,000 festival-goers at the five day event in the heart of Somerset this weekend.

Louis was pictured hanging out with Glastonbury revellers and posed for photos with fans looking very different to his boyband days.

The Story Of My Life singer then huddled close to other attendees as they tuned in for the England v Slovakia match on Sunday afternoon.

Louis was seen looking intently at a TV screen that had been rolled out onto the field just for the game.

Just like many fans at home watching the nail-biting moment, Louis also looked a bit despondent as the Slovaks took the lead after Ivan Schranz scored in the first 25 minutes.

Louis was seen with his younger sister Lottie Tomlinson, 25, and her fiancé Lewis Burton, 32, and were sat close to the screen.

The singer wore a blue Umbro Three Lions jacket, while Lottie opted for a white football shirt.

Despite many worried faces in the crowds, England manged to secure their spot in the quarter-finals of Euro 2024 after a dramatic 2-1 win.

With seconds of the 90 remaining, Jude Bellingham fired the Three Lions to extra-time with a stunning overhead kick.

England survived a late onslaught from the Slovaks and will now face Switzerland in the quarter-finals next Saturday.

It comes after The Sun revealed that pop favourite Louis was behind the epic screening event at the festival.

Determined not to miss the sporting fixture, the football fan packed not one but two TVs.

Speaking after the match, he said: “It’s the second screen I bought.

“The first one cracked. I wasn’t going to take credit if we lost in normal time. It was a bit touch and go. But it was great.

“You’re not allowed to bring a generator in it was battery. It would have a been a different atmosphere if we didn’t win.”
