Bringing the community together

Wow, what a day! It was party time at DFC at the beginning of the month, as the club opened up its grounds to the community for another hugely successful annual fun day.

Hundreds of fans, players and members of the community enjoyed the games, food, music and more.

The Annual Community Funday is put on by DFC Supporters’ Association, with thousands of pounds being raised over the years.

This time round, £1,200 was made which will be added to the DFCSA’s ongoing fundraising efforts.

The money is used to support the club when club, ground or stadium improvements are needed. In the past, it has been used on the changing rooms, the burger bar, training vests, the scoreboard and much more.

Many familiar faces, including The Mayor of Dartford, Cllr Andy Lloyd, took the time out to support the club.

A massive thank-you to everyone at the Supporters’ Association for organising such a brilliant day!
