Daniel Farke Is A Motivator – Leeds United Star

Archie Gray feels that Leeds United boss Daniel Farke is a good motivator and revealed that he knows how to get the team going before a game.

 

Leeds have been undefeated at Elland Road so far this season under the German tactician and they are currently in third place in the Championship table.

 

The Whites are only one point off second-placed Southampton and they are eyeing automatic promotion.

 

 

 

Gray, who has been a key part of Farke’s squad this season, praised his manager for being tactically astute and added that the Leeds boss is a great motivator in the dressing room.

 

He also added that Frake gets them going before the game and revealed that the German does not let Leeds’ players get carried away and prepares them on a game-by-game basis.

 

 

“He has everything”, Gray said on the Official Leeds United podcast.

 

“He is so tactically smart and he is a motivator as well in the changing room and stuff like that before the game and gets you going for the game and gets you ready for the game.

 

 

“The preparation during training week, you are always ready and I would probably say that is the main thing we focus on, always the next game and not getting carried away.

 

“Especially in the season of 46 games, you cannot really think about too late, or else it will just pass you by. “

 

Leeds are set to take on Rotherham United at the weekend and Farke will be determined to extend his side’s five-match winning streak on Saturday.
