Etheridge I think is going to be number 1 contender still.
What I find interesting about the last two games was our choice of keepers. We know Jeacock has potential but I would still see as 3rd choice at best/needs a loan.
I surprised we went with Trueman over Prieto (unless there is something I’m not aware of - injury etc?). I feel like trueman has had game time for us to realise his level. He just reminds me as a bit of a Colin Doyle type.
In my time as a blues fan I feel like the 2nd choice keeper has always had the nod in cup gams/suspension.
Earlier in the season I was critical of Etheridge at time and I do feel he needs stiffer competition to keep him on his toes. The other 3 mentioned I just do not see as being that competition.
Are there any keepers you would like to see at blues competing with Etheridge?(realistic)
