Report: Spurs have ‘enquired’ about £54m-rated star – Swap deal possible
Corriere dello Sport have claimed that Tottenham are currently looking at the situation surrounding Paulo Dybala at Juventus and have ‘enquired’ about the player (as relayed by Sport Witness).
However, the report also adds that most big clubs in the Premier League are doing the same.
TransferMarkt claim that Paulo Dybala is currently worth around £54m although he will enter the final year of his contract at the end of the current season.
Dybala has managed just 13 Serie A appearances this season, recording three goals and two assists in that time. This is due to the fact that the Argentine suffered a Medial Collateral Ligament injury in January and has been missing for the past 80 days.
Juventus are reportedly aware that, due to the financial restraints associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, they will likely not be receiving ‘cash only’ offers for Dybala. Therefore, the report claims that a swap deal could be a possible solution.
