EU Export EORI number advice (9 replies)
Now I know some of you on here are high flying business experts so was just looking for a little advice on getting the new EORI vat number.
We have exported to the EU for many years but stopped just before Christmas to allow time for the Brexit stuff to settle down.
However we now have one of our clients looking for an order.
Can I wing it until I get confirmation of the number by just entering the GB + VRN and 000 as its only a small order in one carton.
We have applied to HMRC for the number as on the EORI checker it does not show that we have automatically been given one. Any idea how long it takes to arrive?
