Confirmed Liverpool team vs Lincoln – Tsimikas makes debut, Shaqiri starts

Jurgen Klopp has named his Liverpool XI for this evening’s Carabao Cup third-round clash against Lincoln City.

Liverpool make ten changes to the side that beat Chelsea at the weekend as new signing Kostas Tsimikas and youngster Rhys Williams make their competitive debuts. Diogo Jota is named on the bench.

Adrian starts between the sticks, with Neco Williams, Rhys Williams and Kostas Tsimikas joining Virgil van Dijk in the Reds back-line.

Marko Grujic stars in midfield alongside Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott, while Xherdan Shaqiri makes a rare start up front, partnering Takumi Minamino and Divock Origi.
