Player Registration Forms
Could ALL managers please make sure you print off ALL the sheet for the player registration forms and PUT YOUR DETAILS on the last page, as i wont know who is running the team.Also any team that is handing photos PLEASE make sure, the name of the player, club and age group is on the back, as I will NOT be accepting them otherwise.
