ID Cards

The following teams photo ID cards will be ready for collection from League Headquarters from lunchtime on Monday. Any teams not listed still have photographs missing or player registration issues. If players with missing photographs no longer play for your team, you will need to formally request them to be de-registered before a photo ID card can be issued.

A name and signature of your team representative will be required when collecting.
