I remember a home game in the 1960s where blues had arranged for pre-match entertainment in the form of miniskirted Dolly girl dancers performing to music before the crowd. I was amused to read in a national newspaper report that’s Birmingham City had the new innovation but it wasn’t popular as the crowd were chanting “Gerrem off! gerrem off!
