Brentford v Everton

watched this game tonight and must say lovely football ..
I so want us to be like either of these teams,what a joy to watch.
my question is
How do we as Blues get to this standard .?
Is it just about the formation ,or manager input,or is it something lacking further up the tree .
I dont know the answer but dearly want us as a club to get to this level in my lifetime.
I am looking forward to the game tomorrow,so that we can pop the wrexham bubble
