Season ticket card (2 replies)

Although I use the digital ticket ftom Apple wallet for matches and have been for some time now, I always take my plastic card “just in case”.
Anyway I have had it with me again today and have managed to lose it. Do you have to report this to the club does anyone know?, looked on bcfc.com and can’t find anything.

In addition I have heard, I think on here, that the card is being discontinued from next season anyway - is this right as cannot find anything about this on the main site either.
