Forwarding tickets query

Can anyone confirm whether I am able to forward the seats of two people in my network (ST holders) for the Boro game, to 2 non-season ticket holders in my network or is this only something the season ticket office or the holder can do?

I’ve had a poke around and can’t seem to see anywhere obvious as to how to do this
