Doesn’t seem that analytical to me. ‘’Not acceptable’, ‘We have to learn and take full accountability’ and ‘I seem to keep saying this’ is about it,? Given the advantages she has as manager doesn’t seem to be learning that quickly. Rather unconvincing and insipid, maybe the team reflects the leader.
