Shin Pads

Shin pads (shin guards) are mandatory equipment in football under IFAB Law 4, designed to protect players from serious injury. They must be made of suitable material (rubber, plastic, or similar), provide reasonable protection, and be entirely covered by the socks. While no specific size is mandated, they must be worn during matches and training.

WTAF? You might as well wear a corn plaster.
