He obviously wasn't a good fit for us. Glad we have now got options that work better for the way we play.

Think I agree completely. I'd actually describe both Koumas and Osman as pacey but raw, but Osman has a few tricks up his sleeve where Koumas was more simple and direct and probably better playing with more space ahead of him. Didn't work out here, but wish him well and seems a good move for all parties involved.
