Does anyone know what's going on with either the website or the ticket office?

I'm a bronze member and it says tickets are are on-sale to bronze and it's not sold out but when I go into the site it just says there are "No tickets matching my criteria"

I tried phoning the club and I got a recorded message about the number of licenses being exceeded or something and then the line went dead?
