LeithbluesTheoretically knowing the club's means you settle quickly, both into the area, and into the league. Look at Gray, he's been on it from day one compared to other signings who took a bit longer to settle
I do think that these days knowing the club matters less. Having experience in the league matters more
Yeah, I think Gray is helped by being pretty much our most talented player, much like Roberts didn't take ages to settle.
