I reckon he failed a medical.

If it is that it still doesn't excuse Moxley saying it was done when it very much wasn't.

Assuming he was told by a source at the club I don't see how he's in the wrong.

Happy to be told I'm wrong but it stinks of someone telling him it was done before the medical was complete.
