So does this mean that our recruitment (and we as fans) need to re-calibrate our rating of new players who haven't played at this level? Especially if we support a team that has ambitions of getting promoted. Why did recruitment target players who need half a season to adapt?




Because a data led approach only works if you understand how to utilise the data properly?
