Losing Weight

Getting on a bit now and Im trying to lose some weight again which I’ve been battling all my life.
Anyway after all these years I’ve realised the best way to lose weight is ‘Sleep’ If you’re hungry after your dinner and it’s just too much you might as well go to bed early to blot the food thoughts. Extreme I know but take it from me it works!
