Totally disagree on Doyle. He was the only one playing quick, sharp forward passes. He’s not a number 10, was a little lost there and should not have been taken off. When Ducksch came on he should have gone in the 10/second striker role and kept Stanno on the shoulder and Doyle should have taken Paiks place in midfield.
This was a typical championship game, there was nothing in it overall. They were stronger 1st half, we were 2nd but neither team looked particularly dangerous.
Things will settle down and we’ll be in the play off picture over the course of the season
