So they have changed the rules for the goalkeeper having 8 seconds to release the ball now, but when they are going to sort out the time wasting at throw-ins, free kicks and goal kicks?
It seems worse than ever from the games I've seen this season and how Leicester didnt get one booking for time wasting tonight is absolutely mind blowing.
I would love to see the actual ball in play stats for the game, because it really felt like we seen about 50-55 mins of football in a game that was 104 mins long with injury time.
