LG TV Not Opening Apps

I've had the telly since the Spring but not really played around with it much. Here's my problem, if I click on an app the app won't launch, download or update. The telly is connected to the Wi-Fi. I've tried restoring to factory settings. My Sky box also says it's not connected to the Wi-Fi. Also one particular website that I use for work won't open with Wi-Fi but it will with 4g.

I reckon the router is blocking stuff. The only thing I can do when logged into the router is turn the firewall off. That doesn't seem to have cured it.
