Yep, I do, but that's referring to a season ticket purchase as per the email, and obviously that's not correct. If that applies to these tickets too then fine, but that's what I'm trying to establish.

Everyone who’s purchased a ticket today will have the same email as you.
As you say .. it refers to a season ticket and this is a glitch.
You will soon get another email and it is that one that will contain the digital ticket .
You can then add to your wallet

If you’re really shitting it then you may want to ring up the ticket office and request your digital ticket
