Luke Littler MBE

Being reported today, it might just be me but i never understand why sportspeople get honours for doing what is essentially their job. Most normal people have to do some sort of charity work for a long period, spend years doing a job without public recognition before getting considered.

So just dont understand how at his age he has done enough to be considered for an honour. Yes he is exceptional at darts but does he deserve an MBE?
