How should America handle vices like gambling and drinking?
On the one hand, hey, victimless crime. I get it.
On the other hand, we KNOW FOR A FACT that almost everyone who indulges can handle it, but that in terms of volume, it’s the addicts that bet the most, that account for a majority of alcohol sales.
So to what extent should we let failures fail, and to what extent should we try to protect them from themselves?
I really don’t like how betting ads have just inundated sports broadcasts. But that’s the inevitable result of mass legalized...
