Second Tailteann Cup wins for Kildare, Offaly and Limerick while Wicklow get off the mark

Wicklow got up and running in the Tailteann Cup by handing Laois a first defeat of the campaign at Echelon Park, Aughrim, where it finished 0-21 to 0-16.
