Gray and white gloves PES2021

Why do the gloves turn gray and white from the 'Grip Sox + Accessories Mod' mod when inserting into PES2021?
Everything loads perfectly, except for the gloves. Does anyone know how I can fix it? Please!
1. Ps.: I got this image of Neymar from the internet, but in my game the gloves look like this.
2. Ps.: I use the BMPES patch.
